Quite a large group today with 2 other colleagues (Ng Yee Tat and Billy) who decide to run with us. Manoj, Kok Meng, Yuen See, Khoo, Eddie, Stanley, Kooi Eng and me. Yuen See, Khoo, Stanley and Kooi Eng ran 5km while the rest of us u turn at esplande. Ran to u turn point and Eddie treat me to a can of 100 plus. Took a break and ran back.
