Here are five things to know about the mall that is tipped to be the largest suburban lifestyle hub in the North-East.
1. Good mix of shops
The four-storey shopping mall including two basements will house more than 130 brands over a net lettable area of 188,000 sq ft. It boasts a diverse mix of anchor tenants which include premium supermarket FairPrice Finest, cineplex Shaw Theatres, foodcourt Foodfare, Japanese casual clothing company Uniqlo, ladies-only fitness centre Amore Fitness & Boutique Spa and department store BHG.
2. Green mall
It has been awarded a Gold in the BCA Green Mark Award by the Building and Construction Authority. environmental impact and performance. The award is based on energy efficiency, water efficiency, environmental protection, indoor environmental quality, and other green features and innovation.
3. Food haven
Around 30 per cent of the nett lettable area will be dedicated to food and beverage outlets. There will be a mix of cafes like The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf and Starbucks, and restaurants like Fish & Co, Swensen's and Din Tai Fung. The mall will host two firsts - the original Song Fa Bak Kut Teh's first mall outlet and the famous Taiwanese Oki-Machi's first Singapore outlet.
