Update on 20 March, 1113 hrs. Managed to pay online.
I have signed up for the passion run and then realized I cannot make it. Was told that I cant get refund. will you or your friend be interested to replace me? I signed up at discounted rate for passion card members. I signed up for 15km run. I signed up at discounted rate $29 for passion card member.
