Manoj, Kok Meng, Eddie, Yee Tat, Billy, Seow and me went to Queenstown stadium to run.
This is my first pure interval training at track.
I decide to run 2 rounds (800m) at 4 mins, rest for 2 minutes and repeat until I give up.
800m at 4 mins will give about 5mins/km pace.
Managed to do 8 sets with a warm down set to finish off tonight run.

As you can see, at the 4th set onwards, i am unable to maintain sub 4 mins.
