It has been a week without exercise. As the maid is back home, it is difficult to find time for exercise.

XBOX 360 shifted to bedroom.

Shifted the XBOX 360 from living room to bedroom to connect to my new DELL 24" monitor.
In this way, there should be more time to play fallout 3. Fallout 3 is going to be a long RPG.

Bought 1) cause need it for the xbox 360 optical output to headphone.
Bought 2) to replace the current creative ep630 running IEM
Bought 3) as it has the square to round optical adaptor. item 1) only accept the round input.

Maid went back to philppines.

Our Maid with us for 2 years is going home for her 2 weeks break. She has been with us for almost 2 years. Today, the whole family went to budget terminal to see her off.
She will be back on 6 Jan 2009.

Stopped for quite a long time at the jetty to wait for slow runners.

Did a tanglin loop + 2km of park connector.
Quite a fast pace.

Office under renovations.

9th sty under renovation now. Will shift back after renovation is completed.

Decide to do a short easy run after two days of quite fast run.
Only Manoj, Sam, Stanley and me running.

Run on 16 Dec - CBD run , set D.

Avg Speed : 8.8 km/h, 6min 46sec per km.

Run on 15 Dec - std office 5km

Time taken : 27 mins 50 secs
Distance : 4.79 km
Avg Speed : 10.3 km/h, 5min 48sec per km.

Total rest for 1 week. Last run was SCSM 2008.

A very fast run with Ee Hong and Khoo. Ee Hong is very fast, sub 1 hours for 10km.
End up have to slow down and wait for us to lead the way.
Khoo is getting faster, was leading me all the way after 2.5km. Got to work harder.
Every km was a sub 6 min timing.

Visit Ah Di house at punggol.

First blu-ray discs arrived and collected.

Postman came on thursday morning, 11+ am.

Collected today from sengkang post office.
