Weekly wednesday run. Yee Tat, Lai Yin, Soon Pheng, Khoo, Eddie, Jason + 2 others, Nicholas and me turn out. As usual, followed Khoo for the whole run. Today run is not that fast, most probably Khoo is not feeling well. There was no sub 6 lap today.
