Joined the cbd run this evening. Today is the first time we attempting the Pinnacle @ duxton. Normally we climb the nearby 30th sty hdb flats. But Pinnacle @ duxton is the tallest hdb flat in singapore. So it is 50 sty.
Did only 1 set (time taken, 8:56). HR went to a high of 183.
