After the run. Fell sick. Fever shot up to 40.0 degree.
Took panadol and flu medicine without use. Went to AMK clinic to see doctor at around 2330 hrs on Sunday. Was given 2 days MC.
Still running high fever on Monday. Felt better on Tuesday and went back to work on Wednesday with a slight temperature.
