PS3 faulty, send to service centre.

Suspect my ps3 is faulty.
Some symptoms.

1) lag in XMB. not as smooth as i normal experience.
2) while playing FF13, there are dropped audio for maybe like 1 sec. That meant that there is no sound at all for that 1 sec. Never experienced it before.
3) the loading took longer than normal.
4) there is even a loading icon when exiting the ff13 menu.
5) try out my recently bought uncharted 2, intro "stutterd".

I tried a lot of options including doing a full format and the above still happen.

I suspect that the HDD is faulty.

So i send to the sony service centre at East point mall today.

Serial number.
