Delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), also called muscle fever, is the pain and stiffness felt in muscles several hours to days after unaccustomed or strenuous exercise. The soreness is felt most strongly 24 to 72 hours after the exercise.[1] It is caused by eccentric exercise.[2] After such exercise, the muscle adapts rapidly to prevent muscle damage, and thereby soreness, if the exercise is repeated.
Painful feeling especially at both the thighs are back. Only felt this when i completed my first marathon some years back.
This time is worst as my left toe thumb have some "blue black" which causes pain at the toe when walking. Hopefully this can recover in a few days.
And the bad abrasion at my "balls" have almost healed even though i was wearing full CW-X tights. This causes me great pain at that region the past 2 days while walking.
2 black toes on the left and 1 black toes on the right.
Will lay off running these few days.
