Finally decide to hoot one 2TB harddisk drive to replace the current 640GB which is running out of space.

Use this website link to clone the old harddisk to the new harddisk.

Software use to clone is AOMEI backupper.

Start to clone at around 5pm, went for dinner and came back around 10pm and it was completed.
So far so good.

Harddisk seems to be a bit noisy.
