Run on 29 Aug - run to punggol mrt
Time taken : 1 hr 11 mins 36 secs
Distance : 10.50 km
Avg Speed : 8.8 km/h, 6min 49sec per km.
Another Sunday night run. It was raining in the morning and so take that as an excuse to idle. Break for H2O drink at the punggol mrt. Next sunday will be Yellow Ribbon Prison run.

PS3 faulty, send to service centre.
Suspect my ps3 is faulty.
Some symptoms.
1) lag in XMB. not as smooth as i normal experience.
2) while playing FF13, there are dropped audio for maybe like 1 sec. That meant that there is no sound at all for that 1 sec. Never experienced it before.
3) the loading took longer than normal.
4) there is even a loading icon when exiting the ff13 menu.
5) try out my recently bought uncharted 2, intro "stutterd".
I tried a lot of options including doing a full format and the above still happen.
I suspect that the HDD is faulty.
So i send to the sony service centre at East point mall today.

Did a long run today. Wake up at 0500 hrs, went back to sleep and it was 0700 hrs the next time i wake up. Decide to do at least a half marathon this morning if possible. Need to clock the mileage. Did very little running the past few weeks.
Run through, YCK, Upper Thomson Rd, Bishan St 21/11, Braddell Rd, Upper Serangoon Rd, Sengkang East Ave.
A very slow and tough run today. Walk a lot for the last few km.
